Booking online is free. You pay for your treatment in the salon on the day.

Prices marked “from” depend on your hair, skin or the area treated. We confirm the final price before we start.

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to move or cancel, so we can offer the time to someone else.

If we have to cancel, we will offer you a new time.

To change or cancel, message us on WhatsApp or call us.

If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten your treatment so the next client is not kept waiting. The price stays the same.

Lash and brow tints, lash lifts and laser need a patch test at least 24 to 48 hours before your first treatment.

Aesthetic treatments start with a consultation. You must be over 18.

If you book online you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. Booking an appointment inside those 14 days means you ask us to start the service early. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
