Haven Hair, Beauty & Aesthetics (“Haven”, “we”) runs this website and the salon at 218 Radford Road, Coventry CV6 3BQ. We are responsible for the personal information you give us.

When you book or send an enquiry: your name, phone number, email, the treatments you want and your preferred date and time.

If you have an account: your appointment history and your Haven Rewards points.

When you have a treatment: notes about your skin, hair or health that keep the treatment safe, such as allergies or a patch test result.

Advertising and analytics tags (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel) only load if you press Accept on our cookie message. They help us see which ads bring people to us. You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Without any cookies, we note how you reached us on this visit (for example a link from an ad or a search) and save it with your booking so we know which advertising works. It is never shared with ad platforms unless you accepted cookies.

Your browser's own storage is also used to keep you signed in and to remember small choices, like closing the welcome card.

To arrange and confirm appointments, carry out treatments safely and contact you about your booking.

Our legal basis is taking steps to provide the service you asked for.

Health notes are special category data. We only record them with your explicit consent, given on your consultation or patch test form, and only use them to treat you safely.

Offers and rebooking reminders by WhatsApp, text or email are only sent if you opt in. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or telling us.

We never sell your information.

Enquiry form: when you press “Send on WhatsApp”, your message opens in WhatsApp (Meta) and is sent from your own account. WhatsApp's privacy policy applies to that message.

Online booking: bookings are made on this website and stored securely with our booking database provider, Supabase. No card details are taken online.

Maps: our contact page shows a Google Map. Google may set cookies when the map loads.

Instagram: our homepage and work pages show posts from our Instagram, and Instagram may set cookies when they load. If you decline cookies in our cookie settings, the posts only load after you tap to show them.

Hosting: this website is hosted by OrangeHost. Bookings are kept in a secure cloud database (Supabase) run on our behalf.

We keep client records for as long as you are a client, and for up to 6 years after your last visit for insurance and legal reasons. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Rewards points are kept while your account is open.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, close your account, withdraw consent, or ask us to stop using it. Email us and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
